We offer 10x12 stalls with rubber matting, aluminum grills and sliding doors. Cold water wash rack, crossties, concrete aisleway, and a 110x160 lighted arena for night riding.

Training
We offer training on a montly basis. Included is a full care stall with nightly turn out. We feed high quality brome hay and grain. Owners are allowed to bring any additional supplements. Rates typically run at $475/mo. Special consideration will be given to customers wanting to provide their own feed and shavings.
Sale Prepping
Arrangements can be made on a weekly basis for horses that need to be prepped to sale. Included is riding, grooming and fitting. Arrangements can be made to show horses to potential buyers while on my property where there is access to facilities and arena.
Showing
Showing horses in their respective classes is provided at a flat rate of $30.00 per day. This includes full care, bathing, grooming, banding, show prepping. Trailering rates for horses in training average $.60/mile.
Requirements
All horses brought on premises must be current on all shots. All horses are required to be recently shod on the front hooves. If horses are brought barefoot, arrangements can be made with my attending farrier to be shod upon arrival. No horses that are severely underweight or with neglected hooves will be accepted for training.
Local and Long Distance Hauling
We have a Ford F-350 Dually and a 2000 Exiss 4 horse slant load trailer that is available for hauling, locally and for long distance. Please e-mail me your location of pickup and destination and tenative schedule for a price quote. Rates typically run $1.50 per mile loaded and unloaded.
